EMPOWERMENT

Frazzled. Existing. Surviving.

Are these words you identify with?

Feeling burnt-out, because life always throws curveballs?

You’re always playing defense, and haven’t quite figured out how to play offense.

Do you know what it feels like to be in the driver’s seat?

If you don’t, it’s your time.

It’s time to climb out of the passenger seat, because you’ll live a life of emptiness and regret if you don’t.

When you’re feeling totally out of control and helpless, anger, irritability, and temper issues can creep in.

It’s like you’re constantly reacting to what life throws at you, instead of being the one who dictates how your life goes.

Many times, we try to regain our control by over-exercising areas we do control.

How much we work, how much we eat, what we choose to eat and maybe even taking on a burden that’s not ours to bear.

But that only relieves the itch momentarily.

It doesn’t really get you much closer to where you truly want to be:

Feeling powerful – in control, loving life, and knowing you’re right where you’re supposed to be.

Sometimes taking back control brings its own host of uneasiness.

It can be scary to go from being someone who watches on the sidelines, hoping and wishing for a win – to becoming absolutely responsible for the outcome.

If you win, you’re talented enough, good enough, worth it. But if you lose, it means you’re not strong enough, smart enough, or got what it takes.

Unconsciously, you might be afraid of taking that control back because of a fear of failure.

May I share something with you that may blow your mind?

It might actually change the way you view your world:

Fear of failure is simply a sign that there is an opportunity for growth.

So when we’re scared to fail, it actually means we’re ready to grow – we just have to step forward and commit.

Instead, so many people choose to sit in their comfort zones and exist in complacency instead – complacent to live a life of regrets, a life of frustration, stress, and anxiety.

It’s only when you face that fear and discomfort, and step into it anyway, that you actually transform.

Beyond the paralyzing fear is absolute exhilaration.

Thrill!

Accomplishment!

It can get quite addicting.

But rarely do people know how to read the signs: fear of failure = opportunity for growth.

Allow me to show you how you can learn to tackle this fear, once and for all.
